The Freebird Foundation was born out of a desire to turn unimaginable grief into meaningful support for others. Established to honor the memory of Michael Bordonaro, our mission is to provide financial support to families in South Jersey experiencing the tragic loss of, or injury to, a child.

Our foundation exists to bridge the gap, helping families focus on healing rather than financial strain. Through ongoing fundraising and two annual fundraising events, we provide tangible assistance to those navigating the toughest times of their lives.
